The petition essentially arises out of proceedings of measurement of land owned by petitioner and respondent No.3.

This Court by order dated 28.02.2018, issued notice to respondents and granted ad interim relief in terms of prayer clause (ii) of the Writ Petition. With the result, the order passed by the Collector, Gondia dated 30.05.2017 remain stayed during the pendency of the present petition. 3.

During the pendecny of the present petition, fresh measurement took place and Deputy Superintendent of Land Record, Deori submitted the fresh report. If the fresh measurement in relation to the properties of petitioner and respondent No.3 has taken place, nothing remains to be adjudicated in the present petition.

The petition is, therefore, disposed of.
