It is stated in the application the respondent no.7 could not be served on the given address inspite of best efforts.

Therefore, the applicant has requested to serve respondent no.7 on the address of respondent no.1. The application is supported by affidavit. Thereafter, office to issue notice to the respondent no.7, returnable within four weeks.
