Heard learned counsel for the petitioners.

In all these petitions, the prayer is to direct the respondents to implement the recommendation of 6th and 7th Pay Commissions. According to the petitioners, the same issue is still not decided. 3.

Be that as it may, the same issue can be decided by respondent Nos. 2 and 3. We direct the respondent Nos. 2 and 3 to treat the present petitions as representations and to decide the same within a period of twelve weeks from the receipt of this order. 4.

In view of the above, the writ petitions are disposed of accordingly.
