In view of the order dated 26/02/2019, an amount of Rs.90,400/- has been paid to the petitioner. So far as the grievance regarding non-payment of arrears arising out of 6th Pay Commission is concerned, it is left open to be adjudicated at the appropriate point of time even by filing writ petition.

The contempt petition stands disposed of.
