The present application is for seeking stay to the effect, operation, implementation and execution of the impugned judgment and decree dated 05/07/2017 in LAC No. 89/2012 passed by learned 3rd Joint Civil Judge, Senior Division, Amravati.

Mr S.B. Taywade, advocate h/f Mr A.C. Jaltare, learned advocate submitted that the amount of compensation is already deposited and the respondent No.3, who is the original claimants is already permitted to withdraw the amount.

In view of that, the effect, operation, implementation and execution of the impugned rkn
