Heard Advocate Shri Moon for the applicant.
2] Perused the report and statement of P.W. Neha. It appears that deceased was under the influence of liquor. He tried to outrage the modesty of Neha, who is the daughter-in-law of present applicant. It is natural on the part of applicant to beat the deceased. Hence, the applicant is entitled for bail. Hence, following order. [i] The application is allowed.
[ii] The applicant be released on bail on furnishing PR bond in the sum of Rs.25,000/- with one solvent surety in like amount on following conditions.
[a] The applicant shall cooperate in the investigation.
[b] The applicant shall not tamper the evidence of prosecution.

[d] The applicant shall not leave the jurisdiction of trial Court without prior permission.
[e] The breach of any condition amounts to cancellation of bail.
