DATED : OCTOBER 15, 2019 It is pointed out that in these appeals by order dated 14/1/2019, stay was granted to the impugned judgments and Awards, subject to the applicants / appellants depositing 75% of the amount of compensation. The said amount was to be deposited within a period of 8 weeks.

2 fast27750.17.odt Since the applicants / appellants failed to deposit the said amount within the stipulated period of time, these applications have been moved seeking extension of time to deposit the said amount. For the reasons stated in the applications, the same are allowed and the applicants / appellants are granted one week time to deposit the amount in terms of order dated 14/1/2019. If such amounts are deposited within one week from today, the interim order granted by this Court shall stand revived.
