DATED : OCTOBER 15, 2019 It is pointed out that in these appeals by order dated 14/1/2019, stay was granted to the impugned judgments and Awards, subject to the applicants / appellants depositing 75% of the amount of compensation. The said amount was to be deposited within a period of 8 weeks.

For the reasons stated in the applications, the same are allowed and the applicants / appellants are granted one week time to deposit the amount in terms of order dated 14/1/2019. If such amounts are deposited within one week from today, the interim order granted by this Court shall stand revived.
