This is an application seeking condonation of delay of 367 days in filing appeal against judgment and decree dated 19.09.2016, passed by the Joint Civil Judge Senior Division, Amravati in LAC No.98/2012.

Mr. Masurkar, learned counsel for the applicant has drawn attention of this Court to paragraphs 2 to 8 of the application in support of his contention for condoning the delay.

Let the first appeal be registered within a period of two weeks.
