By these applications, the applicant sought condonation of delay in bringing the legal representatives of deceased petitioner on record.

The petitioner has stated on oath that original petitioner has been expired on 16.08.2024 leaving behind the legal representatives and stated their names and details. 3.

In view of the fact that right to sue survive, in favour of the legal representatives of the original petition. For the reasons stated in the applications, the applications are allowed.

Necessary amendment be carried out within one week.
