Heard learned Counsel for the petitioner.

A limited prayer is made that according to the Government Resolution, respondent Authorities are duty bound to remove the encroachment and construct the Pandan Road.

Learned Counsel for the petitioner further submits that he has made detailed representation dated 27.10.2025 to the Divisional Commissioner, Nagpur which has not been decided till date.

Considering that the issue still not decided, we hereby direct the Divisional Commissioner, Nagpur to decide the same, within eight weeks from the date of production of this order.

Learned Counsel for the petitioners undertakes to produce the copy of this order, before the concern respondent, within two weeks from today.

The decision taken, be communicated to the petitioners within a period of two weeks thereafter. 7.
