Perused the contents of civil application in which it has been stated that the amount of enhanced compensation was received on 13.10.2017 and immediately thereafter the appeal has been filed.

The prayer is opposed by learned counsel for the nonapplicants. However, considering the fact that the amount of enhanced compensation was received only on 13.10.2017, the delay in filing the appeal stands condoned. Civil application is allowed and disposed of.
