Heard Shri S. Jagirdar, learned counsel for the applicant.

Learned counsel has submitted that the direction of this Court vide order dated 07.12.2018 is complied by the applicant. There is no need to personal custody. Hence, ad-interim bail may be confirmed.

Shri C.A Lokhande, learned APP has strongly objected the application and submitted that he has deleted the obscene data from his mobile phone and handed over the mobile phone to Investigating Officer.

As per the direction of this Court, it appears that the applicant has complied the directions. He has filed a true copy of seizer panchanama. Hence, the following order. Ad-interim anticipatory bail granted on 7.12.2018 is confirmed on following conditions:-

2 930aba875.18 The applicant shall not give any trouble to the victim girl.

The applicant shall make himself available to the Police Station, Ram Nagar, Chandrapur whenever necessary for investigation.

The applicant shall not circulate any obscene material.

The applicant shall attend the Police Station, Ram Nagar once in a week i.e. on every Sunday in between 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. till the filing of the charge sheet. Breach of any condition amounts to cancellation of bail.
