DATED : 13/03/2020 CIVIL APPLICATION (O) Nos.09/2020 and 10/2020 These are applications for condonation of delay in bringing legal representatives of respondent No.1 on record and for bringing on record the said representative. Notice was issued in these applications and since the legal representatives have been served and they are now represented through counsel, submissions were heard on these applications.

For the reasons stated in the applications, the same are allowed. Consequently the delay is condoned and legal representatives of respondent No.1 are permitted to be brought on record.

He has opposed condonation of delay in preferring the revision application. But, for the reasons stated in the application, the same is allowed and delay is condoned.
