CRIMINAL APPLICATION (APPR) NO. 252/2025 1.
This is an application for suspension of sentence.

The applicant is challenging the impugned judgment dated 03.03.2014 passed by the Judicial Magistrate, First Class, Malkapur in Regular Criminal Case No.19/2005 thereby convicting the applicant and sentenced to suffer rigorous imprisonment for one year for the offences punishable under Sections 465, 471, 193 and 201 read with Section 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The applicant has challenged the same vide Criminal Appeal No.10/2014 and the learned Additional Sessions Judge, Malkapur confirmed the said judgment.
2 47.rev.203.25.odt Therefore, he has filed the revision application. He prayed to suspend the sentence during the pendency of revision application and release the applicant on bail. 4.
As the applicant has filed the revision application before this Court, the application is allowed. Accordingly, I pass the following order :
i] The judgment and order dated 03.03.2014 passed by the Judicial Magistrate, First Class, Malkapur convicting the applicant in Regular Criminal Case No.19/2005 shall remain suspended during pendency of the present revision.
ii] The applicant - Tanveer Husenkha Mahammad Husenkha be released on bail on he executing P. R. bond of Rs.25,000/- with one solvent surety in the like amount.
iii] The applicant is directed to attend the concerned Police Station once in six months and shall mark his presence during the pendecy of the present revision.
iv] The applicant is directed to remain personally present before this Court at the time of final hearing of this revision.
With these observation, the application is allowed and disposed of.
