For the reasons stated in the application, the application is allowed.

Applicant be joined as respondent No.4 in the capacity of intervener. Intervener is at liberty to file afÏdavit in reply. However, considering the limited nature of the prayer made in this petition, no further chance shall be granted to the intervener for filing of the reply and if the chance so granted is not availed of, this Court would proceed to deal with the matter in accordance with law in the absence of such request. Necessary amendments be carried out forthwith. Copy of the petition be furnished to the learned Counsel for the intervener immediately. The application is disposed of.
