Heard Shri M.N. Ali, learned counsel for the applicant and Shri H.D. Dubey, learned for the nonapplicant - State. From the perusal of order passed by the Sessions Judge, Hinganghat, it is clear that the applicant forged Number plate of the vehicle and used it for transporting liquor.

In the circumstances, the applicant is not entitled for protection. Hence, the application is rejected. JUDGE *GS.
