By this petition, the petitioner has challenged the order dated 25.10.2023, passed by the Controlling Authority under The Payment of Gratuity Act and Judge, 4th Labour Court, Nagpur. 3.

Pertinently, an appeal is provided before the appellate authority under the Payment of Gratuity Act, which is not availed by the petitioner. No case is made out warranting indulgence under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, despite alternate efficacious remedy.

In view of the alternate remedy available to the petitioner, the instant writ petition is dismissed. 5.
