On 29-02-2024, last chance was given to remove office objections. Neither the office objections were removed nor the matter is worked out today by the petitioner by engaging new Counsel. 3.

Ms Mirza, learned Counsel for the petitioner informs, that the petitioner has taken out all the case papers. To substantiate her contention, she has placed Pursis on record. The same it taken on record. As such, appearance of Mr. Mirza, learned Counsel, is discharged. 4.

That being so, the petition is dismissed for want of prosecution.
