Heard learned counsel for the petitioner.

In short, it is his contention that his vehicle has been illegally seized by the respondent Authority. He further submits that the similar issue was decided by this Court in Writ Petition No.917 of 2023.

Be that as it may, the aforesaid fact can always be brought into the notice of the respondent no.1 Authority. In that view of the matter, we permit the petitioner to raise the aforesaid issue before respondent no.1.

Respondent no. 1 Sub Divisional Officer, Wani, is directed to decide the said issue regarding illegal seizure of vehicle, within three weeks from today.
