The applicant has filed this application for relaxation of condition imposed vide order dated 03.03.2025 i.e. not to leave the jurisdiction of the Nagpur District without prior permission of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Nagpur.

The learned Counsel for the applicant has stated that the applicant is doing medicine business and required to go outside the jurisdiction of Nagpur District. Since 03.03.2025, he is travelling with permission. Now he has to attend the conference at Mumbai from 06.12.2025 to 10.12.2025. As he is required to go out of the jurisdiction of Nagpur District repeatedly for his business, he prayed for relaxation of this condition.

Heard the learned Counsel for the applicant and the learned A.P.P. for the State.

Considering the difficulty faced by the applicant and as he has to leave Nagpur District for his business

The learned Counsel for the applicant has specifically stated that the applicant is not having any passport, therefore, there is no question of surrendering the passport.

The applicant shall submit the details of his address and contact number to the Investigating Officer/the Court of C.J.M, Nagpur before leaving the jurisdiction of Nagpur District.
