Shri Vaibhav Patre, learned counsel for the contempt petitioner submits that the management has already forwarded the pension case of petitioner - Smt. Sudha Narayan Vanjari (Ku. Sudha Bapurao Rokade) to the Pay Unit and now she is getting regular pension. Therefore, according to learned counsel for petitioner, petitioner's grievance about pension is fully redressed. However, it is submission of learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner has not received salary of Rs.9,303/- for the period of 06.11.2009 to 13.11.2009. (2) In respect of this, Shri Chandrakant Sitaram Jawdand who is Secretary of Maharashtra Gramhit Shikshan Sanstha, Nagpur is personally present in the Court makes a statement that Maharashtra Gramhit Shikshan Sanstha will
939 cp340.18.odt make the payment of Rs.10,000/- to the petitioner within a period of two weeks from today.
(3) Though Shri Chandrakant Sitaram Jawdand states that he will make the payment of Rs.10,000/- within a period of two weeks, the Court is granting time of four weeks. Within this four weeks he shall pay the amount to the petitioner. In my view, nothing remains in this contempt petition.
(4) The contempt petition is disposed of. No order as to costs.
