Heard Shri N.R. Tekade, learned counsel for the applicant.
Perused the First Information Report. It appears that the applicant was constantly demanding money for consuming liquor. He was beating the deceased. Deceased was employed in the Forest Department. It appears from the First Information Report that at the time of incident, the applicant was present. Looking to the reasons and findings of Sessions Court, he is not entitled for protection. Hence, the application is rejected.
