Cause list shows that today it is for admission on Civil Application No. 118 of 2018 and Civil Application No. 120 of 2018. Both the learned advocates pointed out to me the order dated 11th December, 2018. I have read that order. Civil Application No.119 of 2018 was disposed of. Vide said application, the contemnor bank has prayed for modification of the order dated 27th November, 2018. By the said order the contemnor Suresh Tapikar, Manager was directed to remain present for the purpose of framing of charge.

Civil Application No. 118 of 2018 was filed for dispensing the affidavit required to be filed in support of Civil Application No. 119 of 2018. As Civil Application No. 119 of 2018 is disposed of, Civil

CIVIL APPLICATION NO. 120 OF 2018 3.
The respondent has filed the reply to this application. However, in the cause-title of the reply number is wrongly typed as 118 of 2018. Respondent to correct it as 120 of 2018. This reply is on affidavit of one Suresh Tapikar. The page containing the solemn affirmation is not supplied to the petitioner. Respondent to supply the copy of that page to the petitioner.
