The learned counsel for the claimant submits that in terms of order dated 19.12.2016, undertaking has been duly furnished. However, solvent surety for seeking withdrawal of 50% of the deposited amount could not be arranged within the time granted. It is therefore prayed that by extending that time, the claimant be permitted to furnish the solvent surety. Considering reasons mentioned in the application, the time to furnish the solvent surety stands extended. Needful be done within a period of eight weeks from today. Civil application stands disposed of.
