In view of the judgment of the Hon'ble Apex Court in the case of Imrat Lal and others Vs. Land Acquisition Collector and others reported in (2014) 14 SCC 133, delay is condoned subject to condition that the appellant shall not be entitled for interest of delayed period of 2133 days. Appeal be registered.
