The petitioner has approached this Court praying for various reliefs viz. direction to the respondents to prepare and maintain the seniority list for all cadres of Academic Staff of all departments irrespective of faculties as per educational qualification, merit and seniority for promotion.

Amongst other reliefs, one relief sought is for direction to respondent No.5/Grievance Redressal Committee to decide the complaint dated 26/05/2025 made by the petitioner which is at record page 80, Annexure-11.

Smt S. W. Deshpande, learned counsel makes a statement that respondent No.5-Committee has already heard the petitioner and the other complainants on 14/08/2025, however no decision/order has been passed in the matter.

In view of above, we dispose of the present petition with a direction to respondent No.5/Grievance Redressal Committee, Dr Panjabrao Deshmukh Krushi Vidyapeeth, Akola to decide the

2 130-WP-89-26.odt complaint dated 26/05/2025 made by the petitioner (Annexure-11 to the petition) within a period of eight weeks from the date of communication of the order of this Court.

The decision taken thereupon shall be communicated to the petitioner within a period of two weeks thereafter. 6.
