The applicant nos.1(A) to 1(E) seek clarification of the orders by which the claimant has been permitted to withdraw the amount of compensation.
By order dated 10.01.2014 while granting stay to the execution of the award, it was directed that the appellant should deposit 25% of the enhanced compensation within a period of twelve weeks. That amount was not deposited and hence on 13.10.2015, this Court directed the entire amount of compensation to be deposited within a period of ten days. Pursuant thereto, the appellant has deposited the entire amount of compensation. By order dated 27.04.2017, the claimants were permitted to withdraw 50% of the amount deposited on furnishing usual undertaking. Considering these orders, the claimants are permitted to withdraw 50% of the amount deposited as per order dated 27.04.2017. Civil application stands disposed of.
