Heard Shri S.V. Sirpurkar, learned counsel for the applicants.

The learned counsel for the applicants has submitted that only allegation against the applicants is that they beat Vijay Wankhede, Sk. Salim Sk. Lal by sticks. In that incident, all are injured. Therefore, offence under Section 307 is not attracted therefore prayed to grant anticipatory bail.

Perused the First Information Report. From the F.I.R., it reveals that the accuseds are beatn and injured by sticks and iron road. Whether injuries caused by sticks or iron road is to be gathered after the custodial interrogation of the applicants.

Hence, the application is rejected.
