The applicant herein is seeking condonation of delay in filing accompanying appeal. The applicant/appellant is the original owner (claimant) and he is seeking enhancement of compensation for acquisition of his land. It is also pointed out that connected appeal is already pending before this Court.

Hence, for the reasons stated in the application, same is allowed. The delay is condoned subject to the applicant not being entitled to interest if at all the compensation is enhanced for the said period.
