It is submitted by the learned counsel for the appellants that appellant nos.1-A, 2, 3 and 4 are senior citizens. For the reasons mentioned in the application, the application is hereby allowed. Civil Application stands disposed of. Second Appeal No.187/2018 As per practice Note no.20 printing of paper-book is dispensed with. However, the learned Advocate for the appellants is directed to file private paper-book within a period of two weeks. After filing of private paper-book, matter to appear on board in the category of senior citizens.
