By this application, the applicants have sought to condone the delay of 46 days in challenging the judgment and award dated 16.08.2018 in Employees Compensation Case No. 113/2011.

For the reasons stated in the application, which in my considered view constitute sufficient grounds, the delay is condoned.

The applicants have sought stay of the execution and implementation of the impugned judgment and award dated 16.08.2018.

Learned counsel for the appellants states that amount of Rs. 6,08,768/- has been deposited before the Labour Court. It is also stated that respondent No. 4 has deposited amount of Rs. 6,00,000/- approximately. In the light of the said statements, the execution and implementation of the impugned judgment and award is stayed till final disposal of the appeal.
