The learned A.G.P. has placed on record the order passed by the Education Officer (Secondary), Zilla Parishad, Nagpur dated 18 April 2022 with reference to the case of the Petitioner.

The learned Counsel for the Petitioner and learned A.G.P. states that as per said order, the Petitioner is directed to join at the original school. The order dated 18 April 2022 is titled as 'modified order', that would mean that the impugned order is no longer in existence.

As regards the consequential action for release of salary etc., in the light of the modified order, the Respondent Education Officer will issue necessary instructions to the Respondent Management and School to submit the bills of pending dues of the Petitioner within a period of two weeks, and thereafter, take necessary action as per law within a period of four weeks thereafter. Breach of the directions issued by the Education Officer to the Management and School to submit the bill, will be considered as breach of the directions of this Court and suitable action will be taken.
