The applicant has filed this application for extension of temporary bail granted on 16.10.2025. 2.

Temporary bail was granted on the medical ground that he has to undergo bypass surgery. The applicant has filed the certificate of Cardiologist, who has stated that because of uncontrolled sugar, the surgery cannot be performed, and therefore, the applicant has filed this application.

After going though the certificate, it appears that the surgery was not performed since last two months as the sugar was uncontrolled. Further time of 8 weeks is extended to perform the surgery.
