It is submitted that other connected appeals have been admitted and hence, this appeal be also admitted after condoning the delay.

The reasons for the cause of delay are mentioned in paragraphs 2 to 4 of the application.

The prayer is opposed by the learned counsel for the non-applicant no.1.

However, considering reasons mentioned the delay stands condoned. Civil application is allowed and disposed of. M.C.A. ST. NO. 28163/2018.

For reasons stated in the application, the order dated 04.01.2017 refusing registration is recalled. The proceedings are restored to file. Miscellaneous civil application stands disposed of. F.A. ST. NO. 1705/2018 (R.C. 92/2017).

Objections be removed within a period of four weeks from today.
