It is pointed out that in the order of this court dated 20.8.2025, this court directed the Registrar (Judicial) to transmit the amount as per the judgment and order dated 17.10.2019 in the bank account of the respective applicants. However, while issuing that direction, it was not clarified that the amount determined by this court should be in four equal proportion in the name of the respondents be deposited in their accounts. Hence, the present application is moved seeking clarification that the amount which was awarded by this court should be directed to be deposited in the respective account of respondent nos.1a to 1d in four equal proportion. 2.

For the reasons stated in the application, the application is allowed.

Registry is directed to deposit the compensation amount in four equal proportion in the account of the respondent nos.1a to 1d.

The application stands disposed of.
