This is an application by applicant/respondent for seeking extension of time to deposit costs of Rs.40,000/- imposed by this Court (Coram : Z.A. Haq, J.) on 8.10.2018.

Heard learned counsel Shri S.D. Tatke for the applicant/respondent.

Learned counsel Shri Tatke tenders an apology and submits that due to his mistake though it is stated in the affidavit that Avinash Chitrakar is a businessman, in fact he is an agriculturist. He volunteers to pay costs of Rs.500/- with the High Court Bar Association at Nagpur.

Though learned counsel Shri Tatke for the applicant/respondent sought 15 days time, this Court is granting one month's time, however the said shall be by way of last chance to comply with judgment and order dated 8.10.2018.

Learned counsel Shri Tatke for the applicant/respondent to pay costs of Rs.500/- with the High Court Bar Association at Nagpur within a period of one week from today.

With this, the criminal application stands allowed and disposed of accordingly.
