Heard learned counsel for the petitioner.

A limited prayer is made seeking a direction to the respondents to release the arrears of salary for the period from April 2024 to July 2025. Other consequential reliefs are also made. 3.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that, in view of the Government Resolution dated 29/04/2017, so also the order passed by this Court in Writ Petition No. 4065 of 2021 dated 01/08/2022, the petitioner is entitled to claim relief. He has made detailed representations dated 01/08/2025 and 23/01/2025 but same are not decided.

Be that as it may, since the issue can be decided by the respondent authorities, we direct Respondent No. 3 to decide the representations dated 01/08/2025 and 23/01/2025, in the light of the aforesaid Government Resolution and judgment, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of this order. rkn

The decision so taken shall be communicated to the petitioner within a period of two weeks thereafter.
