In brief, the contention of the petitioner is that his vehicle has been seized and the said act is illegal. He further submits that the issue is covered by the various judgments delivered by this Court. 3.

Be that as it may, since the said issue can very well be decided by the respondent no.1, we direct the respondent no.1 to decide the issue relating to the seizure of the vehicle of the petitioner in the light of the judgments, which would be produced before it, within a period of four weeks from today.

Learned counsel for the petitioner undertakes to produce the copy of the order passed today as well as the copy of the judgments before the concerned authority within a period of two weeks from today.

With these observations and directions, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
