Heard Advocate Shri Chande. He has submitted that this Court has granted bail to co-accused. The role of present applicant/accused is of the same. Therefore, as like co-accused, who is released by this Court on bail vide order dated 13.12.2018 in Criminal Application (BA) No.1035/2018.

Shri Dhumale, the learned APP pointed out report lodged by Rameshwar Khare. On the report it appears that there was dispute in respect of sale purchase of horse. All the accused/applicant are of different village they went to the village of victim they beat the deceased and her sons etc. mercilessly. The present applicant was having rod and beat the deceased by rod. Therefore, the deceased Dwarkabai sustained head injury and died.

Hence, the applicant is not entitled for bail. The application is rejected.
