This is an application for restoration of Writ Petition No. 2896 of 2025.

For the reasons stated in the application, the application is allowed. The writ petition is restored to file. Writ petition No. 2896 of 2025 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner.

2, A prayer made in the petition is to direct the respondent no.2 to consider the application dated 15.02.2024 preferred by the petitioner for grant of fair price shop at Mouza- Bopapur, which according to the petitioner is not decided at yet.

Be that as it may, we direct the respondent no.2 to decide the application dated 15.02.2024 in accordance with law, if the same is not already decided, within a period of ten weeks from the date of production of copy of this order before it.
