Heard learned counsel for the respective parties. This is an Application seeking early hearing of the Second Appeal. It is submitted that on 26/02/2016 this Court allowed the Application for grant of early hearing, which was filed by the appellants/applicants, however the same could not reach the final final hearing Board and as such could not be heard. For the reasons mentioned in the Application, the Civil Application is allowed and disposed of. List the Second Appeal for final hearing after four weeks.
