DATED : 05.01.2026 This is an application filed by the petitioner/applicant herein seeking direction to the respondent No.7, Principal, Prof. Ram Meghe Institute of Technology and Research, Amravati, to physically accept the scholarship form of the petitioner and to submit the same to the respondent No.2, State of Maharashtra, Tribal Development Department.

We have perused the record. The record states that the respondent No.7 is served, however, no appearance has been put before this Court by the said respondent. Today also nobody appears for the respondent No.7, in spite of this fact.

The petition is pending for adjudication before this Court, and the admission of the petitioner has been protected.

The petitioner states that even though the form of the scholarship has been submitted online, but the respondent No.7 has declined to accept it physically. This contention of the petitioner has not been controverted by the respondent No.7 since it has not chosen to appear before this Court..

In that view of the matter, to secure the ends of justice, we think it fit to direct the respondent No.7, Principal, Prof. Ram Meghe Institute of Technology and Research, Amravati, to accept the scholarship form of the petitioner to submit the same to the respondent No.2, State of Maharashtra, Tribal Development Department. 6.
