2] Perused the application.

3] The applicants/ respondent Nos.1 to 3 seeks direction to the Registry of this Court to release the amount of compensation for respondent No.3 in her name as Gangubai @ Kantabai Sugdev Sajare. 4] It is stated that the nickname of respondent No.3 is Gangubai, however, on record, her name is shown as Kantabai, and therefore, the aforesaid prayer is sought.

5] Considering the nature of relief sought for, the application is allowed. The Registry of this Court is directed to release the amount of

13CAF 3790.2018 compensation to the share of respondent No.3 in the name of Gangubai @ Kantabai Sugdev Sajare.

6] Civil Application stands disposed of.

7] In view of order passed in Civil Application (F) No. 3790/2018, this application is rendered infructuous. The same is disposed of as having become infructuous.
