Learned counsel for the applicant has moved the present application seeking extension of time for completion of the arbitration proceedings. It is pertinent to note that the applicant had earlier filed Civil Application No. 486 of 2025 seeking a similar extension of time in respect of the arbitration proceedings. The grounds urged in the said application are substantially identical to those raised in the present application. The earlier application was allowed by this Court vide order dated 09.05.2025, thereby granting an extension of six months.

In the present application, the same grounds have been reiterated, and there is nothing on record to indicate any progress in the arbitration proceedings during the extended period granted by this Court. 3.

In view thereof, learned counsel for the applicant seeks permission to withdraw the present application. Permission, as sought, is granted. 4.

The civil application stands disposed of as withdrawn.
