Heard Advocate Shri Sharma for the applicant and Shri I.J. Damle, learned APP for the respondent/State. Perused the report and statement of injured Smt. Nirmala Shegokar. The incident took place due to quarrel in respect of way to the field. As per the statement of Smt. Nirmala, accused gave blow of axe on the head of her husband. She was also beaten by the present applicant. Charge-sheet is filed before the trial Court. Hence, applicant is not entitled for bail. Application is rejected. The trial Court is directed to expedite the trial.
