S. D. Malke, Advocate for the applicant. CORAM : Manish Pitale J DATED : 08.08.2019 The present application is circulated pointing out that there is inadvertent typographical error in an order dated 31.07.

2019 passed by this Court, while disposing the present application. It is pointed out that on page No.3 at line No.1 and line No.5, as also in clause (a), (b) and (c) of paragraph No.7, the word "applicant" has been used while the words "non-applicant No.2" ought to have been recorded, considering the manner in which the application has been disposed of.

2.

It is obvious that the word "applicant" needs to be replaced by the words "non-applicant No.2" in line Nos.1 and 5 at page No.3, as also in clauses (a), (b) and (c) in paragraph No.7 at page No.3. Upon such correction being made, the corrected order be uploaded on the website of the High Court.
