A request is made to direct the respondents to include the BHMS doctors who have completed CCMP course in the eligibility criteria for the Certificate Programme in Community Health.

The learned counsel for the petitioners has invited our attention to the advertisement which is at page 110 of the petition. According to him, though the persons like the petitioner nos. 2 to 4 are entitled, still the advertisement has been issued by excluding the persons like the petitioners nos. 2 to 4 who possess qualifications referred above. He further submits that, according to the advertisement, the last date for submission of application is 04.12.2025.

In order to buttress the submissions, the learned counsel for the petitioners further submit that they have been pursuing the said issue since last several months, but till this date it is not decided. He further submits that in the State of Maharashtra there are more than ten thousand doctors/persons like the petitioner nos. 2 to 4.

We have gone through the record of the case. We find that though the representation has been submitted by the petitioners till this date the same has not been decided.

Considering the issue involved, we pass the following order: (i) We direct the respondent nos. 1 and 4 to treat the present petition as representation and decide the issues raised in the present petition considering the documents within a period of seven days from the date of furnishing the copy of order passed today. (ii) We further direct that the process which is required to be followed from 05.12.2025 in view of the advertisement which is at page 110 of this petition, shall remain stayed. (iii) The learned counsel for the petitioners undertake to furnish the copy of the order passed today within a period of two days from today. (iv) Decision, if any, taken by the respondent-authorities be communicated to the petitioners within a period of two days thereafter.

(v). If the order adverse to the interest of the petitioners is passed, the order of stay passed today will remain in force for further seven days.

With these observations and directions, the writ petition is disposed of. No order as to costs.
