The application stands disposed of accordingly. Writ Petition No. 5764 of 2025 After the amendment is carried out, issue notice to the respondents, returnable on 28.01.2026.

The petitioners are permitted to serve the respondent no.4 by private mode in addition to the regular mode of service and file an affidavit of service by next date, failing which the petitioners shall pay costs of Rs.500/-(Rs. Five hundred) with the High Court Gazetted Officer's Association, Nagpur.
