Heard learned Counsel for the petitioner.

At the outset, a prayer is made to direct the respondent no.2 to issue the death certificate on the basis of documents supplied by the respondent no.10 to the petitioner. 3.

We have gone through the record of the case. The application for mutation dated 07.10.2024 filed by the petitioner and the application for mutation dated 27.10.2025 filed by the respondent no. 6, are pending.

The contention of the petitioner that particular documents should be taken into consideration by the Authority while taking the mutation entry, cannot be accepted. 5.

It is for the respondents Authorities to take call what documents are required for effecting mutation entry. Be that as it may, since the application dated 07.10.2024 and 27.10.2025 are not yet decided, as submitted by the petitioner, we direct respondent no.10 Nagpur Municipal Corporation to decide expeditiously.

In that view of the matter, we find no merit in the petition, hence, the same stands dismissed with liberty to prefer appropriate proceeding before the appropriate forum. (RAJNISH R. VYAS , J.
