Heard learned counsel for petitioner.

In brief, it is contention of the petitioner that though he is owner of House No. 19-A, notice which is issued by Municipal Corporation, Nagpur is regarding removal of encroachment pertaining to House No. 23. He thus states that notice which is issued is defective.

Mr. Kasat, learned counsel for Nagpur Municipal Corporation, fairly stated that in view of Circular dated 22.9.2025, now, every notice will have to be in accordance with the law laid down by the Hon'ble Apex Court. The Circular speaks about action will be taken as per the law laid down by the Hon'ble Apex Court the Circular dated 22.9.2025.

Considering the statement made by learned Counsel for Nagpur Municipal Corporation, we dispose of the petition with direction that before initiating any action of demolition, Circular dated 22.9.2025 will be honoured by Nagpur Municipal Corporation, Nagpur. Petition is disposed of.
